The new way of Real Estate Acquisition in Dubai

Sakk Al-Taʿāqud
The Sakk Al-Taʿāqud confirms equitable ownership under a payment plan between buyer and seller.
The seller retains legal title until full payment is made.
It acts as your equitable title, and the title deed transfers once the purchase is complete.
The TRCA registers the property in the Buyers name in the DLD register and issues the Sakk Al-Ta'aqud certificate.

Oqood Certificate
The Oqood Certificate is a pre-title deed issued for off-plan properties in Dubai.
It proves your legal ownership during construction.
You can obtain it by paying cash or through a developer’s payment plan.

Title Deed
The Title Deed is the official document proving legal ownership of a property.
"Title" means ownership, and "Deed" is the legal proof of it.
You receive it after paying in full—either in cash or through a mortgage.
